Every child deserves the opportunity to lead with literacy.

Let’s build the next chapter together.

Whether you’re interested in investing in a classroom, expanding opportunities across Monterey County, or exploring a custom partnership, we’d love to learn about your vision and share ours.

The power of literacy changes everything.

Reading is the foundation for:

Building the future of Monterey County’ literacy movement.

Read to Me Project has grown from a classroom initiative into a countywide movement connecting schools, families, nonprofits, businesses, volunteers, and civic leaders around one shared vision:
every child leading with literacy.
